Suguaro National Park northwest of Tucson.
This is a 90º wide angle view.

According to the visitors center, the suguaro had flowered earlier, but we caught a few late bloomers.
Fall or spring is the only time to visit here.  The weather was perfect.

From Suguaro NP, we went to Tucson to ride their trolley that makes regular runs, and hoped to hear the roar I heard from Oklahoma City Trolleys. Turns out the trolley is a Japanese trolley.  They're quiet, and I rode those in Japan.  So we went on to Tombstone.
Tombstone has "Brokeback Mountain" cowboys?  See the two on the far left?
I asked these guys what time they kill each other, and they said "At two o'clock down on the corner."

I thought this sweet lady was part of a biker gang.
But looking closer, she was obviously a part of an OK Corral gunfight reenactment.

They had two competing OK Corral gunfight shows. This was the "fake" location.    But they put on a good, lengthy show.  I didn't attend, but just put my camera over the fence and took a picture.
On the left is the "real" location of the OK Corral gunfight, and where they have reenactments.  The walls are built high around it.
Signs around the OK Corral.

The Corral extends from main street to the street behind it. But it is walled off.
I had a shoot out with another photographer in the middle of Tombstone.  I was packing a Sony DSC-F707 digital camera in my holster.
The other photographer shot first, as can be determined by this picture.
Tombstone's Boothill Graveyard.  One must pay to get in and see piles of rocks allegedly representing grave sites.   Never saw a graveyard that charged admission before.
Makes one wonder about whether those piles of rocks represent original grave sites.

Didn't pay to get in ... I just shot this picture over the fence.

And on we went to Silver City, New Mexico for the night.  Saw a beautiful fall pinkish orange sunset as we went up the mountains.
